PRACTICAL TIPS FOR THE VACCINE-INJURED (AND ANYONE SUFFERING FROM LONG-TERM CHRONIC ILLNESS)
What Works, What Doesn’t, and the Missing Puzzle Pieces
It's a transformational time for those struggling with complex conditions like vaccine injuries, Lyme disease, autoimmunity, hormonal imbalances, and mental health issues. With increasing recognition in the media, those of us who were roundly dismissed now have the opportunity to exchange vital information that can save lives. Here’s a comprehensive guide based on my experience and research on what works, what doesn't, and the often-overlooked pieces of the healing puzzle.
The Myth of "Management"
The term "manage," often used by health professionals, suggests a permanent state of coping rather than a path to full recovery. This disempowering notion stems from a healthcare system focused on symptom management rather than true healing. True healing involves addressing the root causes and complex layers of illness, rather than relying solely on synthetic medications.
No one was put on this Earth to manage a debilitating condition. For several years, I struggled with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) and Dysautonomia (a nervous system disorder that disrupts autonomic body processes). There is compelling evidence today that all diseases involving the nervous system are the result of some chemical insult to the body, which could have been an exposure involving a flu shot/vaccine, heavy metal toxicity, mold, pesticides, etc. Clean this up, and you heal your nervous system.
Managing dozens of symptoms is not anyone’s soul destiny, and if you are currently seeing a practitioner that is reinforcing these limiting beliefs, I strongly urge you to reconsider your path. You’ve seen all the books: How to Thrive with Autoimmunity, How to Live Your Best Life with Crohn’s, How to Manage Your Symptoms with Keto, Carnivore, Paleo, blah, blah… Normalizing chronic illness doesn’t serve humanity. Rather than managing or coping, we need to strive to peel back the layers so we can build a meaningful life around the purposeful and important path of healing ourselves down to the cellular level. You are on this road for a reason, and part of the healing is discovering why your soul’s path collided with the frequency of disease.
For some, recovery will happen within a couple of years. For others, it could take decades. It’s hard not to beat ourselves up when the road is longer than we feel it should be. Maybe it’s not only you beating yourself up? Maybe it’s family, friends, or even your doctors? Who decides your worth? Who is in charge of your destiny? You are.
There are complicating factors that ultimately determine how your path may differ from someone else’s. In my own case, I had severe mast cell activation (MCAS) which basically means you are allergic to just about everything, and I also have double copies of the MTHFR gene, which impedes the body’s ability to methylate. These are the gnarly genes that get turned on as a result of toxin exposure. I believe that those really complex cases where nothing seems to work are comprised of people who have difficulty methylating and who have trapped trauma in the body. (Those two factors are entwined.) It’s unprocessed emotions and trauma, along with specific complicating factors like the MTHFR gene, mast cell activation, and old belief systems that determine whether the body even CAN heal itself.
Healing can be divided into three interconnected layers: Body, Energy/Mind, and Spirit.
Addressing all three is crucial for complete recovery.
BODY This is the slowest and often the most difficult form of healing for the reasons I outlined above.
ENERGY/MIND The Biofield is what surrounds the physical body. Old stories that linger in the form of vibration can create a block to healing (check out the work of Eileen Day McKusick).
SPIRIT This is the deepest form of healing and will directly impact the other two layers while speeding up the body's ability to self-repair.
Healing is not a straight line, and I am still clearing out what I believe is the deepest layer of toxicity. But… I’m closer than I’ve ever been. From 2014-2017, I was bedridden with mercury-induced dementia, and today my brain is fully healed. I can swim 500 yards, hike or walk up to three miles at a 6,000-foot elevation, and I experience joy and purpose more often than not. However, I still struggle with fatigue (heavy at times), aches, and have a thyroid condition that I “manage” unsuccessfully with medication. I recently got confirmation through cellular inflammation testing that the damage to my body still exists on an intracellular level, and that’s where the healing must be addressed, at the root. It was also the answer to why medication and supplements often don’t work at all for me. What happens is that the toxin buildup in the cells creates a block to the hormone receptors, making it impossible for hormone medication, supplementation, and even nutrients to get into the cells where they belong. If you fall into this category, which many people who experience chronic illness do, you have to take a different road to get where you’re going. Chances are you still have trapped toxins and metals in the brain, and your gut, as a result, cannot fully heal. This is why I suggest looking at ways to heal the body that don’t rely upon putting anything INTO your system until you have reduced the level of inflammation in your body and addressed the psycho-spiritual aspect of the disease. Working with light, sound, and frequency is often a better approach for this population.
So what worked for me?
BODY:
Gentle chelation of heavy metals using cilantro, wheatgrass, and a wide variety of quality plants and herbs
Coffee enemas to stimulate glutathione production
Clean water (filter out chlorine, fluoride, and metals)
Ivermectin to bind to spike proteins and lower inflammation
Infrared saunas for detoxification
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy
PEMF therapy (specifically neurologically focused)
Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation (EBOO)
Ionic foot baths
Parasite cleansing in cycles
Acupuncture for temporary relief
Cutting out gluten, dairy, grains, legumes, and sugar (the best anti-inflammatory diet is the Autoimmune Paleo Protocol). This diet alone can relieve many, if not most, of your symptoms.
Eating organic
Colostrum for gut healing
High-dose vitamin C infusions, IV glutathione, IV chelation (only for those who are far enough along in their detox should consider this)
Juicing if you can handle it (try small doses at first)
BIOLOGICAL DENTISTRY (mercury filling replacement, root canal extraction, cavitation surgery). This was by far the most instrumental factor in healing my brain.
It’s important to note that those with mast cell activation and/or the MTHFR gene may have significant difficulties with detoxing and chelation, and it’s key to begin any therapy at a low dose and titrate up. Even juicing can cause significant Herxheimer reactions. For those of you who have been sick for many years and can’t get past round one of your detoxification protocol, this is the reason why.

TOSS OUT THEORIES THAT MAKE YOU FEEL BAD:
All three levels will need to be addressed in order to move the needle. There are many misconceptions about chronic illness, and these are a few:
Although psycho-spiritual elements contribute to all physical and mental imbalances, if toxins have overloaded your system, they need to be released, and no amount of meditation or psychotherapy is going to achieve that.
There is a common misconception in this community that those who have chronic illness might be getting something out of their situation, and therefore choose to be ill. While I think this theory could have roots in something tangible, I also know that it doesn’t serve those who are struggling; it only adds to the self-criticism component. No one wants to be laid up for years without income or fun!
It’s also not your genes; they don’t account for much in the way of illness (check out the ground-breaking work of Bruce Lipton). It’s clear now based on the field of Epigenetics that if a bad gene did get turned on, it can be turned off.
You didn’t choose this, even if somewhere along the line your subconscious may have inadvertently set up the conditions for it to happen. You do, however, get to choose your story, and I say, choose one that empowers you to realize your full potential as the wise and healthy badass you incarnated to be.
If you know anyone who is suffering from a complex health issue, or who has a family member who has been struggling for too long, please forward this along to them. Don’t hesitate to reach out to me with any questions!
